Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 1040 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the provided support channels.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a user of the 1040 platform, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may damage, disrupt, or impede the normal operation of the platform.
- Use of automated software, bots, or unauthorised tools to access the platform.
- Attempting to exploit system bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or bonus abuse.
- Collusion or unauthorised cooperation between users to manipulate game outcomes.
- Money laundering or any illicit financial activity conducted through the platform.
- You must be aged 18 or above and acting on your own behalf.
- Funds used for deposits must be from a legitimate source and belong to you.
- You may not play on behalf of another person or use another person's account.
- All information provided to 1040 must be accurate and verifiable.
Payments, Deposits & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1040 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). We accept deposits via a range of local payment methods, including e-wallets and bank transfers available in Malaysia. All deposits made are final and non-reversible once confirmed by the system.
Withdrawals are subject to the verification process set by 1040. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen method and any account verification requirements that must be met. 1040 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of terms.
Bonuses and promotions offered by 1040 are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions, including wagering (rollover) requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted. Misuse of promotions may result in bonus forfeiture and action taken against the account.
1040 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers in the course of processing transactions.

1040 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or at the request of relevant authorities. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the applicable requirements) will be returned to the account holder via an appropriate method.
Platform Liability Limits
1040 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or inaccurate information. 1040's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total deposits actually made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
This platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and 1040 makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the platform's continued availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
